The Day: And the party begins...

Months preparing for the reception; from deciding the theme, songs, master ceremony to the guest lists, which was the biggest headache of all. What was intended to be a smaller more intimate reception of 200 guests totaled up to be 450 guests on the night itself. It was a stressful ordeal but when the day came and the party began, all that stress was well worth it. It wasn't 100% perfect, minor glitches here and there but boy we had fun and our guests said it themselves too. Alright pictures up!

The Day: Wedding Ceremony

It has been months since the day we decided to be husband and wife and now, we're living it. I asked Oliver a question last night, it was one of those out of the blue question, 'What are we doing (pause) with this whole  marriage thing?' 'We're having  fun', he said. And I guess to certain extent, we are having fun. It's been pretty easy for us. We have not got into each other's nerves, yet. And I hope we'll continue to work towards maintaining this 'dream' marriage. Speaking about marriage, well, the title actually speaks for itself because I'm finally going to share our wedding day pictures. Enjoy.

In between

It was a simple yet heartwarming ceremony. Canon Yong's sermon was funny, people were laughing all the time, he spoke of the 3 S'es of marriage; submit, sacrifice and spirit-fill. We're blessed with families and friends who travelled far just to be at our wedding. It was a great and memorable August thirteenth.

Will share the pictures of the reception another day. :)
